Sales and Marketing

Sales Support is available at any time to discuss new products and services available, demonstrate products and provide samples. A range of product brochures covering windows, doors and conservatories is available to customers on request. They can be supplied individually or in bulk. A brochure overprinting service can also be provided on request .

Transport

Weathershield Windows Limited owns its fleet of vehicles and provides its customers with a free delivery service. Delivery is nationwide and can either be to a base location or to site . Whilst distribution is planned throughout the week our Transport Manager is available at any time to discuss particular requirements and special arrangements .

Customer Support

A high level of customer support is available through the General Office between 7.30am and 5.30pm during the working week. Contact numbers are at the foot of the page. The Office is always available to assist with order processing and any other customer. A bespoke service can be provided where assistance is given to customers' to help develop their businesses. Please ask if you think you need this service .

Service levels

Products are usually delivered within 5 to 10 working days if unglazed and 8 to 12 working days if glazed. Especially urgent orders (e.g. burglary repair or replacement) can be catered for after consultation to confirm delivery requirements. Cream, White Ash and Irish Oak products take a little longer due to profile lead times.
