Our aim is for Weathershield Windows Limited to realise maximum value to all customers and exceed their expectations through consistent delivery of best-in-class product and service quality. Employing some of the latest Stuga and Elumatic (CNC) machinery, the Company has extensive computer support and bespoke software to ensure that orders are processed efficiently at all stages of their fabrication.
 

The Profile

Weathershield Windows Limited fabricate windows and doors from the second largest extruder of PVC-u profiles in the UK today - Eurocell Profiles. Eurocell’s profiles are: extruded from Type A high impact modified UV-stabilised material;. fully compliant with Part L of the latest Building Regulations; surpass the ‘U’ value requirements for PVC-u windows; accredited to BBA; approved and accredited to the highest standards by Birmingham City Council, and LAPFAG approved.

  
     

Products

Based in two factories in Luton, Weathershield Windows Limited has a total production footprint of over 65,000sq ft. The Company has 60 staff of which over 90% are window and door specialists. The product range comprises the full bevelled suite of windows, doors, in-line patio doors and conservatories. All are available in White, Cream, Rosewood, Golden Oak, White Ash and Irish oak. Coloured doors are also available in blue, poppy red, burgan.

 
     

Accessories - Windows

All windows are equipped with Espagnolette locking as standard but a full range of accessories is available to build the windows, doors and conservatories to the exact customer requirements. Window accessories include shootbolts, hinge protectors, locking wedges, coloured handles, egress hinges and trickle vent but to name a few.

  
     

Accessories - Doors

Residential doors are provided with an eight-point multi-locking system and can be equipped with panic bar locking and a stable door facility. French doors come with a fully working slave, key-alike high security barrel locks and flying mullions. All doors have flag hings as standard and can be fitted with white, black, gold or chrome handles.
